Torus offers a comprehensive customer service facility from a dedicated technical support and administration team based at our Telford UK office plus a number of global customer service partners based at strategic locations.
We offer a full range of preventative maintenance contract, breakdown cover plus spares, verification and re-calibration services. Our engineers and partner companies travel globally supporting over 400 pieces of automated machinery and providing installation and training services throughout the world.
Our service department in conjunction with our design engineers also offer upgrade and refurbishment packages to existing equipment.

Covid Travel Restrictions
As restrictions relating to the COVID-19 pandemic are beginning to lift, we are now able to provide onsite service and support in countries where travel restrictions no longer apply.
There are however still a number of countries our engineers are still unable to travel to. We would like to assure you that we are monitoring the situation in these countries closely and as soon as restrictions are lifted, onsite service and installation visits will resume.
