UKAS CMM Calibration
Our UKAS CMM calibration services are delivered to ISO10360 standards and conducted by industry experts with over 20 years CMM calibration experience.
We service and UKAS calibrate a wide range of CMMs from classic bridge designs, side arm CMMs, dual arm CMMs and large volume gantry CMMs.
In addition to our CMM calibration services, we can also provide CMM training, software and fixturing.

It is important to maintain a regular verification and service schedule for your CMM, and any calibration or verification services should be performed by a UKAS qualiified engineer.
Environmental factors such as a busy shopfloor, and heavy use of your CMM can compromise a CMM's accuracy and repeatability. Dust and airborne contaminants can settle on the CMM scales, belts, drives, pipe lines and guide ways, often causing excess wear, scale reading problems, and lack of air pressure due to perished pipes.
Regular service and calibration of your CMM will provide confidence in your measuring equipment and provide the necessary UKAS certification for your quality control, traceability and customer audits.
For complete peace of mind, Torus recommend a yearly UKAS service and calibrated fro your CMM, followed up with a six-monthly health check for heavier used machines. For this reason we offer service contracts which include health checks and other benefits
