Romer are part of Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence. The Romer Arm was designed in the 1980’s for industrial measuring used in a range of industries including aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing to ensure operators always have total confidence in the precision of their measurements. The arm moves in three-dimensional space forward/backward, up/down, left/right combined with rotation making it easy to measure large objects without having to transport elsewhere.
Romer Absolute Arms/Absolute arms are highly customisable, with 36 different combinations of model, accuracy level and size available. These are some of the top arms on the market.
We offer UKAS calibration, testing cleaning and servicing Romer / Hexagon models including but not limited to:
Ensure your arm is clean, calibrated and serviced with our specialist Romer arm calibration services. We’ll visit you on site, or can test the equipment at our lab.
Our UKAS qualified engineers have plenty of experience when it comes to Romer calibration and servicing of Romer Arms, being one of the most popular arms with over 70 models. We provide reports on the capabilities of the arm, training and software, calibration, cleaning and maintenance.
Our competitively priced service is fast too – with 48-hour turnaround if you choose to send the arm to our climate controlled UKAS lab in Telford, or same day for on-site visits. A UKAS certificate will be issued once complete.
