With the official opening of the In-Comm Training Academy in Telford today, BBC Midlands Today wanted to speak with our very own James Morgan of Torus Manufacturing, to discuss his ongoing appenticeship and winning of the Outstanding Learner of the Year award at last years In-Comm awards ceremony.
As well as the grand opening at In-Comm (even complete with ribbon cutting), BBC Midlands Today made time to pop across to Torus Headquarters to speak with James and catch him in action.
Brian Wilson also gave a quick interview discussing the importance of apprenticeships within the Engineering and Manufacturing industries and how they have helped Torus to gain employees with the specific skill sets needed.
